The body of a 33-year-old man who was attacked by a crocodile at the Lake Harvest harbour in Kariba has been found.
Witnesses yesterday said Bernard Nyabadza was fishing using a net in Lake Kariba when the crocodile attacked him.
Mashonaland West provincial police spokesperson Inspector Magarate Chitove confirmed the incident.
Zimbabwe Parks and Wildlife Management Authority (Zimparks) spokesperson Mr Tinashe Farawo said it was unfortunate that life had been lost and warned members of the public to avoid going into water bodies, especially this dry season.
