THREE unidentified people, among them a pregnant woman, died following a road traffic accident that occurred along the Harare-Chirundu highway, near Karoi.

The fatal crash was caused by speeding and negligent driving after a Honda Fit that was reportedly overtaking a haulage truck, encroached into the lane of an oncoming Isuzu.

Acting officer commander Hurungwe district, Superintendent Ridwell Mkwande confirmed the development.
